UPDATED RESOLUTION: After seeing the original review the general manager, Justin, reached out to me. He was extremely sincere and concerned that my experience was less than satisfactory. He Listened to my concerns and recount of the interactions with understanding. The conversation in no way felt like a standard "damage control" call like I would expect. Justin went over the warranties in question with great detail, even giving me the option to review/cancel the ones I had not wanted. Hearing first hand how high the expectations are for customer service, and the willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the experience is excellent, there is no other dealership I would rather do business with.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (RESOLVED) -Misleading information regarding warranties, intimidation and threats about raising the price - I was repeatedly told appearance an theft warranty was not optional. However, they are listed as Optional in the documents. The sales man claimed ignorance when I asked for more detailed information. Once I was in Joe Nallie's office to review the contract, I asked specifically for information. I received vague information and was told he would print it for me, but immediately put the signature pages in front of me. I picked each one up, trying to read carefully. Joe repeatedly spoke out, as if making small talk. Abruptly and loudly commenting on things out of context. It felt like purposeful, rude distractions. The papers were shuffled and our of order multiple times and questions dodged. I did eventually find the page on the specific warranty. I pointed out the document states clearly it was NOT mandatory for purchase. His response was very snide, "Well ,I can just raise the price of the car. If that's a problem." I was literally shocked at how quickly the tone changed from dismissive to contentious. I absolutely should have walked out, but before I could really grasp what I was being told. He pulled a document identical to the one in my hands, and said "Plus you already signed it." I guess that's what all the shuffling was about, I was purposefully mislead and lied to. I regret not walking out. I've seen first hand that this dealership, like many others are conniving and will absolutely take advantage. So you know, the RESISTALL360 is optional. The product being applied to the car does NOT mean you have to Purchase the service of covering the optional warranty. But be prepared you will get major push back, threats of raising prices and down right rude behavior if you question it.
