After 19 years with one truck, it was time to trade up for a new vehicle. Tried dealing with Toyota dealerships in southwest Louisiana....but that proved impossible. I tracked down Silsbee Toyota right across the border and was connected with Mr. Ben Burla. I was wanting a specific Tacoma with specific add ons that I had seen on another dealership's site in Texas. By the time I gave Ben the ok to proceed, that truck was no longer available. He promised he would track one down for me....which he did.... all the way over in Mississippi. He teamed up with one of the managers, drove over, collected the Tacoma, drove back and prepped it for me. What Silsbee offered for my trade-in, along with the dealer's discount......nobody else was even close to. If you are in the market for a new (or even previously owned Toyota).....I would strongly suggest making the trip to Silsbee Toyota. Everyone that knows me will tell you that I am the type of old codger that is NOT easy to please....and that I expect everyone that has a job....to do that job right....especially when I am involved. Silsbee Toyota and Ben Burla did me right with this 2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad. Give them a chance to do you right.

We recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sienna from Silsbee Toyota. We contacted them when we were looking for a Sienna and reserved one that was expected to arrive in a month.
