Overall the best service I've ever received. If you're in need of a new ride, go see Brad! He's honest and will work hard to get you exactly what you want. We shopped around before meeting him, and I'm so happy the other option fell through. I was going to settle with another dealer. I met Brad and he wouldnt let me settle. He listened when I expressed my needs and things I wanted. He set accurate expectations on what he was doing to get me my dream car and when it would be available. Best service ever! I've got two kids that will be 16 soon and I'll be bringing them to Silsbee Toyota so Brad can help us once more!
